How it works

  1. One card per print. Set the stencil width and height, how many pieces you're printing, the mesh count, strokes, and roughly how much of the stencil area is actually ink.
  2. Calculate. Each print shows its own grams, and the job total adds up every calculated print.
  3. Add more prints. Front, back, sleeves: add a card per print and see the whole job's ink appetite.

Estimates are based on measured ink-per-100-prints rates per mesh count, scaled by stencil area, coverage, and stroke count. Use it as a planning ballpark: actual usage varies with ink type, off-contact, squeegee durometer, and pressure.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the ink estimate?

It is a planning ballpark based on measured ink-per-100-prints rates for each mesh count, scaled by stencil area, coverage, and strokes. Actual usage varies with ink type, squeegee, and off-contact.

Which mesh counts are supported?

110, 140, 158, 196, 230, 255, 280, and 305, each with its own consumption factor.

Can I estimate a multi-print job?

Yes. Add one card per print (front, back, sleeves) and the job total adds every calculated print, in grams and kilograms.
