How it works
- Grab the public link. In Printavo, open the invoice and copy its Public URL (the customer-facing invoice page).
- Load it. Paste the link above. The tool reads the line items, sizes, and quantities right in your browser. Fees never show up on slips.
- Pack boxes. Hit "Assign to box" on an item, choose how many of each size go in, and repeat until everything is packed. Give boxes custom label names if you want ("FRONT DESK", "YOUTH SIZES", …).
- Print. The master packing slip lists every item plus a box-by-box summary. Box labels print one 4×6 label per box, ready for a thermal printer or taped slip. Both are also available as PDF downloads.

Does this work with my Printavo account?
It reads any public Printavo invoice link (the invoice's Public URL). No login, no API key, and it works for any Printavo shop.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. The invoice is fetched and parsed entirely in your browser and never touches a server or any third party.
What size are the box labels?
4 x 6 inches, one label per box, sized for a standard thermal printer. The master packing slip prints on letter paper.
