How it works
- Set the job info. Job #, PO #, and an optional custom line that prints on every label.
- Add boxes. Each box holds one or more items: a general item with a quantity (koozies, stickers, anything), plus youth and adult size counts. A box-level custom note prints on that box's labels.
- Check the preview. One label card per item, exactly what the PDF pages will hold, with live box totals, overall count, and size totals.
- Download. The Label PDF is 4×6, one page per item, ready for a thermal printer. The Packing List PDF is a letter-size summary of every box with size totals up top.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Printavo to use this?
No. This is the manual version: type your own job info, boxes, items, and sizes. Printavo shops can use the Pack Slip / Label Maker to import an invoice instead.
What prints on the labels?
Box number, job and PO numbers, optional custom lines, the item and size contents, and the box total, on 4 x 6 pages ready for a thermal printer.
Will I lose my boxes if I close the tab?
No. Your boxes save in your browser automatically and restore the next time you open the tool.
